Have your Galway Bay Oysters opened by one of our World Champion Oyster openers; Vincent Graham, Gerry Grealish or Willie Moran.

Lobster with melted butter and new potatoes is a recent addition to the menu which includes Garlic Crab Claws, Wild Smoked Salmon and steamed mussles in white wine.

All are served with freshly baked homemade brown bread.

 

MORAN'S GALWAY OYSTERS

'Tis long ago that Oysters were the pride of Moran's Bar.
But when you eat the Oysters here today,
you know they still are.
And it will be forever so, in years they will taste the same.
And little children not yet born
will know why Grandad came.
So have another dozen, and then have another drink.
And thank the Lord for Oysters
- since it's later than you think!'
