Oysters are the speciality of the house and Willie Moran, Vincent Graham, Gerry Grealish and Michael Moran have held the International and World Titles in Oyster Opening Competitions.

Michael Moran (Five-time Irish Champion, twice European Champion and World Champion 2006) has travelled throughout Europe and as far afield as Australia and Canada competing in Oyster Opening Competitions and promoting the Native Oyster.
